1 c of extra heavy whipping cream
1 c of sour cream (preferably Daisy)
1-2 tsp of salt

STEP 1
Combine creams together into a bowl.
STEP 2
Mix.
STEP 3
Add salt and adjust seasoning.
STEP 4
Add mixture to jar and cover with lid.
STEP 5
Let crema sit at room temperature for 4-5 hours.
STEP 6
Refrigerate for up to two weeks.
Recipe Tips
If you are going to cook this crema make sure to only simmer. Sour cream curdles on high heat.
